Exeter Skincare was founded by Jennifer Beale, an experienced and advanced skincare consultant passionate about helping people get the best out of their skin. With a holistic approach, we focus on non-invasive therapies and building healthy skin from the inside out.
Skincare is constantly evolving, with new therapies and methods of best practice launching all the time. To ensure we are on top of our game and provide you with the best service, we regularly undertake training and always keep an eye on what’s new in the industry.
We’ve rigorously evaluated the beauty industry and only deliver treatments and skincare products that meet our exacting standards. So you can rest assured that you’ll only receive the best when you visit our salon.

We are proud to be in partnership with Dermalogica and stock a wide range of their finest skincare products in the salon. Dermalogica masterfully create results driven skincare products to help support your daily routine, all the while supporting independent businesses such as ourselves.
We are happy to advise you on the best products for your skin concerns. If you are unable to visit the salon for your skincare products, we are happy to offer delivery on all products or you can order direct from Dermalogica.

Conveniently situated in St Thomas, we’re just a few minutes walk from Exeter city centre but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. For your convenience, we’ve free parking right outside, and you’ll find a welcoming and friendly atmosphere inside.
All treatments require pre-booking. To maximise your experience, please ensure you arrive for your appointment in plenty of time to give yourself a chance to relax and catch your breath.
We require a booking fee for all treatments and patch tests, which is non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Some treatments will require a patch test 48 hours before, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case. To ensure everyone’s treatment starts on time, if you’re late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shorter in consideration of the next client.
